Tiarna (she/her) is an endorsed clinical psychologist who believes a holistic approach is necessary for mental well-being and supports the inclusion of all health matters in supporting and maintaining overall well-being.
She enjoys working with clients to empower them to live their best lives, whatever that may mean to each individual. Through providing the tools and knowledge to assist themselves now and into the future.
Tiarna provides an open, judgement free space that is welcoming to all individuals inclusive of all genders, sexual orientation, cultural and religious backgrounds and abilities. She has experience in supporting individuals with trauma, complex trauma, neurodiversity, and disordered eating. Tiarna accepts Eating Disorder Management Plans and is competent in a number of therapeutic modalities including ACT and EMDR.
In her spare time, Tiarna enjoys spending time outdoors adventuring, or indoor crafting and being with her pets.
