Sarah (she/her) is a provisionally registered psychologist who believes that all individuals are entitled to feeling safe and supported. Sarah is passionate about creating an inclusive and non-judgemental space that supports people to feel comfortable showing up as their true self.
Sarah strongly believes in working from a neurodiversity affirming, gender affirming and trauma informed approach. She understands that all people are unique with individual strengths and challenges and focuses on working collaboratively with her clients to create a safe therapeutic relationship, set goals, and develop open lines of communication that are always welcoming of feedback. Sarah is passionate about celebrating any and all wins with her clients however big or small they may feel.
Sarah draws from various therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to empower individuals to explore their identity and accept themselves, understand their experiences, and learn ways to support and advocate for themselves. Sarah has experience working with children and their families, adolescents, and adults who are neurodivergent, have experienced trauma, and cooccurring mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety.
When she’s not at work, Sarah enjoys attempting any and every hobby and spending time with her loved ones.
