Individual Therapy
I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting adults with lived experiences of trauma, dissociation, grief, and ADHD. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of people, including caregivers, healthcare workers, and individuals experiencing substance use concerns. I also greatly enjoy working with people with diverse sexual and gender identities
I primarily draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Schema Therapy to tailor my approach to your needs.
Whatever brings you to therapy, it would be my privilege to work alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care
Qualifications/Industry Associations:
