Individual Therapy, Relationship Therapy & Family Therapy
Hi, I’m Primli. I’m a registered psychologist who enjoys working with children, adults as individuals and also families as a group. I believe every person has a unique story, and I feel privileged to be invited into that story. My hope is to create a warm, collaborative space where people feel safe to explore what matters most to them, reconnect with their strengths, and move towards a life that feels meaningful.
I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as people experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, and the many ups and downs that life can bring. I also enjoy working alongside people from culturally diverse and LGBTQIAPSB+ communities and value creating a space where people feel seen, respected, and understood.
My practice is neuroaffirming, person-centred, and grounded in collaboration. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I enjoy working collaboratively with people to discover what feels most helpful and meaningful for them. My practice is informed by Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Family Systems Support, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), with therapy guided by each person’s hopes, values, and strengths.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to Pilates, painting something colourful, or enjoying dance as a creative outlet. I love bringing curiosity, creativity, and a little bit of fun into both my life and my work
