Mel is sex positive, trauma informed, body-positive, and neuroaffirming.

Mel works with a range of clinical and sexual wellbeing concerns, particularly trauma, personality, emotional dysregulation, identity, gender, sexuality, sexual wellbeing, intimacy and relationship concerns.

Mel is also experienced in EMDR therapy, parts work, IPT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, and ACT. Mel values working with each client to determine the best treatment approach for them.
