
Lydia (she/her) is a provisionally registered psychologist. She works compassionately with clients, to help clients identify their strengths and create meaningful change. Lydia seeks to provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for clients to share their stories and takes immense privilege at being able to listen to every client’s story and support them with re-writing their narrative.
Lydia is currently completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology. She has a background working in youth mental health and veterans and families. Lydia draws from diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Schema Therapy. Lydia has a special interest in working with young people and trauma.
Outside of work, Lydia enjoys performing at an improvisation theatre, travelling, going to the beach and being a mum to her gorgeous ragdoll cat, Momo.
