Lulu (she/her) is a registered psychologist who works from a person-centred approach to help you understand yourself and the patterns in your life. She uses a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and attachment-based approaches in her therapy sessions.
As a proud member of both the neurodivergent (ND) and LGBTIQAP+ communities, Lulu brings a unique and understanding approach to her work. She is interested in working with adolescents and adults who are facing challenges such as anxiety, burn-out and life transitions. Lulu is passionate about diversity and inclusivity, and loves working with individuals who are LGBTIQAP+, neurodivergent, in non-traditional relationship structures, or who just feel a little bit different.
Outside of work, Lulu is a little bit obsessed with her dog and whatever craft hobby has caught her interest.
