Individual Therapy
I’m a provisional psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting clients across a number of different therapeutic settings. My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.
I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in attachment, nervous system regulation, and the ways in which past experiences continue to shape our present day experiences, relationships and sense of self.
My approach integrates EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, as well as Internal Family Systems/parts work. I value balancing practical tools and symptom relief with deeper relational and emotional exploration, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Originally trained and licensed in California, I bring extensive experience working with complex presentations in both public and private settings. I am committed to providing inclusive, identity-affirming care and welcome clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences. In Australia, I have an approved transitional program with AHPRA, under the supervision of Den Abreu at Haven Psychology.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family/friends, yoga, meditation, time in nature, and creative practices that support reflection, grounding, and connection.
Qualifications/Industry Associations:
